Refund policy

As our products are handcrafted, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. Where possible, a replacement will be offered before a refund. Standard orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Custom orders require an advance payment, cannot be cancelled once production begins, and are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.
